Having done my measurements and ordered my amount, I then needed to cancel the delivery date, due to the 40 degrees, the UK was seeing. They kindly allowed me, to keep my order open, for whenever I needed it, even on a next day delivery too. It arrived prompt when I needed it, and was in good condition. Well rolled and with no weeds. "Turf arrived very promptly after ordering. Looked lovely and green when laid which was within a couple of hours after delivery. Watered etc as advised and all good. An animal if some sort decided to dig a patch of the lawn up but I managed to fix it easily and after a week it’s looking green mostly. There are a few straw like areas where the grass hadn’t grown for some reason but I think it can be easily fixed. I’m particularly impressed by the follow up service around when to mow and how etc. this is really helpful. The cost was really good I feel and overall very pleased with my purchase."

"I ordered turf at 11h45 on Fri 8/4, to be delivered on Sat 9/4 for the morning, never expecting it to arrive really. It arrived at 8h45 on 9/ 4, I received an email after ordering and paying, and then a phone call, asking what time I would like delivery. I also received another 2 emails to say the turf was on way. The driver could not get the vehicle down the road I live in as its a one way and narrow due to cars parked on both sides of road. He had to wheel the pallet about 100metres up the road, on a sack truck, he went out of his way to deliver. I felt the whole process was professional from ordering to delivery, and completed in 21 hrs. I would recommend them 100%"

"From ordering to delivery was within 24 hours! Pallet delivery was advised by text & email and was on time. Driver was able to truck the pallet down my drive and into my garage. Turf rolls were tight and of uniform width. Seemed to be bedded on cinder and pottery waste, just like the soil here in the Potteries. Seems to be making itself at home with white micro roots burrowing down. I was not able to realise the cost savings of going for a full pallet as I only needed 22m2."
