Very impressed that the customer service team managed to delay my delivery by a week due to my area due to have a cold -4 snap and snow the day after the delivery was originally due. This would have no doubt damaged or killed the newly cut/laid turf so very thankful it was as easy as sending a quick email. My only suggestion would be to send a dispatched email to confirm it was on its way that day. Just to put my mind at ease waiting.... Overall very pleased with the turf, it's only been down less than a week but seems to remain healthy looking, only time will tell. "Turf is a thick layer of peaty looking soil, I'm nowhere near a gardening expert but it looks healthy. Laid 6 days ago and is looking good and seems to be growing already, massive improvement to our garden. Laying and cutting it a much easier task than I thought it would be, would recommend doing it yourself if you're saving money.
