"i had my reservations as i had never heard of them but spot on service from start to finish, no hassle..... the grass was only the budget version but lovely deep green colour that blends with the rest of the garden, we had bought some from b&q at the weekend and it was of poor colour and a thin base... will be using them again, the delivery driver was more than helpful and run the pallet inside the garden..... excellent....."

"After being really let down by Fylde coastturf and top soil (I ordered turf on Friday and was told they could do it Wednesday.I spoke to them on Tuesday to find out what time and was told he would call me back in 20 mins.I have phone and texted numerous times and not heard from them since. I then ordered with onlineturf on Thursday,delivered 11.30 Friday job done 4.30. Both grass and service excellent,even had emails that explain when and how to cut for the first time."

"This was my first turf laying experience and I admit to being naive in getting the correct qty ordered first time and assuming that I wouldn't need any extra.. How wrong I was.. Having put the decimal in the right place - and a having a second order placed already, a quick panic call to increase the qty was met with helpful friendly service and speedy next day delivery. I don't know if they were panicking as much as me but they didn't show it. ..and despite my mistakes and errors it all turned out great (-it's much easier than tiling, but a bit heavier) Good quality grass, only one roll had a "loose bit" on one end (which was used in a tight spot anyway), it was all a lovely colour, no patches or yellowing - you could see that it was fresh - even the binding soil was pliable (moist). Very happy - can i send a picture?, no? - fair enough.."

"I would definitely use this company again. The ordering process was incredibly easy and the grass was very competively priced. I could choose my delivery day and for a modest extra fee, could determine the time slot. I could track the delivery and it actually arrived exactly on the earliest time specified. The driver was great. He was very friendly, cheerful and helpful and put the pallet just where I needed it. I rang the company to inform them that there was a slight incline at our property and to see if that was a problem. It wasn’t a problem at all and the whole delivery process went without a hitch. The man I spoke to at the company was also polite, friendly and professional. The grass itself was of very high quality even though it was the cheapest grade. An elderly neighbour who knows about these things said that he thought we must have bought the highest grade!! All in all a terrific service and I can unreservedly recommend them."

My only issue was that delivery was to kerbside only and I have a lot of steps and I made it clear that I had no help, a little help to get it up the first set of 6 steps would have helped a lot as I had to move it quickly as pallets were left on road and I really struggled to get it in. It's stated that delivery kerbside but I was hoping for a little help as other reviews state that they were given help. However I can't fault the product."

"I've moved a fair bit and laid a number of new lawns and can genuinely say this is the best budget lawn I've laid - really thick lush green. I ordered over 380 square meters which was on 2 pallets. The driver couldn't get one pallet off as the pallet had effectively snapped due to the weigh. We had to man handle the entire pallet off the van but the driver was so helpful and we pushed it up the drive nearer to the rear garden. Its been down about 5 days and is so green. I would definitely recommend this website."
