"The turf was delivered on time and dropped right on my driveway for free. Freshly cut and very healthy when it arrived, laid the same day and within a few days it started to root nicely. Excellent customer service including follow up help and advice regarding cutting and lawn care. Two weeks later its been cut and looks fantastic. Top service all round!!"

"I am delighted with both the quality of the turf and topsoil that you provided, and the prompt delivery of both. The new lawn is already looking fantastic and has settled well. My only criticism would be the issue of the pallets upon which the turf and soil came. Your terms and conditions state that it is the customers responsibility for safely disposing of these. However, when I tried to take them to my local household waste recycling centre I was told that because they were blue pallets that they were not really permitted to take them. Fortunately they did take them on this occasion with some persuasion but this could potentially have been very inconvenient. Regards, Matt Cook"

"Cannot believe how easy the whole procedure was. I am a regular internet user, however I was admittedly aprehensive about ordering turf online. This was proved to be totally unfounded. The turf and top soil were ordered on a Thursday PM for delivery the following Saturday AM. My order was confirmed. The goods were supplied as requested on the Saturday morning. The driver was friendly, efficient and advised on how to care for the turf befor he left. The goods are excellent quality and my newly laid lawn although not rooted yet will i'm sure look fantastic in a couple of weeks. I have recieved a follow up e-mail from online turf this morning (Monday) to advise on watering and to say I will recieve notification of when to give the lawn it's first cut, which for us non gardening folk is most helpful. The online chat to resolve the vehicle size as we have linited access and the phone call to confirm the order were both handled efficiently and pleasantly by your staff.
