"My Aughton Green turf arrived at 11am on the the promised delivery date. The driver could not have been more helpful and friendly making every effort to get the pallet of turf as close to the house as possible. The turf is outstanding, a very lush green and not a weed in sight!! I also recieved my free bag of fertilizer, within 2hrs the lawn was laid and watered which was made all the easier by the great information clips on the web site and an email to me the day before my delivery with all the details necessary to lay the turf correctly. "I am delighted with both the quality of the turf and topsoil that you provided, and the prompt delivery of both. The new lawn is already looking fantastic and has settled well. My only criticism would be the issue of the pallets upon which the turf and soil came. Your terms and conditions state that it is the customers responsibility for safely disposing of these. However, when I tried to take them to my local household waste recycling centre I was told that because they were blue pallets that they were not really permitted to take them. "Cannot believe how easy the whole procedure was. I am a regular internet user, however I was admittedly aprehensive about ordering turf online. This was proved to be totally unfounded. The turf and top soil were ordered on a Thursday PM for delivery the following Saturday AM. My order was confirmed. The goods were supplied as requested on the Saturday morning. The driver was friendly, efficient and advised on how to care for the turf befor he left. The goods are excellent quality and my newly laid lawn although not rooted yet will i'm sure look fantastic in a couple of weeks. I have recieved a follow up e-mail from online turf this morning (Monday) to advise on watering and to say I will recieve notification of when to give the lawn it's first cut, which for us non gardening folk is most helpful.
