"Turf arrived the morning after we placed the order. Access to our garden is across a gravel driveway but the delivery driver managed to leave the pallets in a convenient place. We've laid the turf & are absolutely delighted with it. Every roll (70) was in great condition & easy to lay. We would highly recommend Onlineturf for quality, good price and helpful service. "Delivery came first thing, which was a bonus as I did not book any particular time. I laid the turf the same day it looks very good and quite lush, much better than other turf I have laid. My only complaint, and it's not a big problem, is that some of the turfs were very ragged at the ends so that bit had to be cut off and discarded. "Turf was deliverd on time by a really nice guy with a groovy forklift on the back of his wagon who places the turf and topsoil just where we needed it. They had included a few extra rolls for good measure and some fertilser pellets - the lawn was laid by the end of the day and our muddy mess of a garden transformed into Wimbledon centrecourt in hours. Their guide "how to lay turf" video was simple and easy to follow (I'd read a lot of frightening "How To " guides that went into crazy detail and just put you off bothering). The follow up emails we're reassuring and we've just given the lawn it's first mow. We have a wonderful new lawn for £220 - that looks as good as our neighbours who paid over a thousand for a company to do professionally. We're going on holiday with the change!"

"Great product. Delivered when scheduled and moved to a convenient spot on the drive. Laid that day and no weeds, dry patches or yellow grass. There were a few rolls that had holes or were torn in the middle but these were used for filling in. Very impressed with the follow up emails confirming delivery was ok and reminding me to water the lawn and advice on after care eg don't walk on it until the first mow (which I will be reminded about via a further email) . So far some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite a while. I will be recommending online-turf to friends and family, not just for they're customer service but they're very competitive prices."

"Ordered 60m2 of Stadium Turf on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. It was unloaded and in my property by 0730, which gave me plenty of time to lay it that day - absolutely brilliant! The turf was very healthy indeed with no evidence of any weeds at all and after five days it appears to be growing well. The advice and guidance from the web site certainly helped in the preparation of my garden and the actual laying of the turf. My only criticism is that about half a dozen turfs each had a ragged end where it appeared that they hadn't been cut properly and led to part of those turfs been wasted."

Even just laid, there were no colour mismatch and seams were practically invisible. "I received my turf via Palletways delivery on time and packed well. As I started laying the turf I could not believe the quality of the turf. It was absolutely superb. 5 days later it has knitted well and growth has started. My only complaint was I really needed another roll of turf to complete the lawn . Probably my measurement was not exact enough. I had to resort to buying turf from a well known DIY store. The difference was extreme. "We bought the “Stadium Turf - July Special” on behalf of our youngest son, who had just moved in to his first house. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. There were no problems with amending the order for a few more turves. Delivery excellent and early in the day, although we went for the free anytime delivery. Superb quality turf (at much less than local and DIY stores prices) and it came with free fertiliser. Although creating a new lawn from scratch in an August heat wave was hard for us the grass did not mind and took extremely well. Follow up emails on progress and things to do next were really useful for our son as a first timer. The grass is now well established and being mown and watered regularly. It has made a fantastic change to the garden and well worth the effort and money. It is nice to be able to thank such a quality company."

"Our stadium turf was delivered the next day and we laid it straight away after having prepared the topsoil the day before. Its been a week now and for some bizarre reason, i feel like playing minigolf. Preparation is key and following the sites guidelines is something you should follow religiously. Take your time and the long joints are almost invisible after a week. The only qualm i have is one patch seems to be a bit darker and is growing quicker than the test..any ideas?"

"I am absolutely delighted with my new turf. The delivery arrived at 4pm on the day I chose, without any problems at all. It has taken beautifully and is lush and green and growing well. The garden had been laid with gravel by the previous owners, so I was concerned that it would be difficult to get any turf to take on the rather stony soil (it was impossible to remove all the gravel, as no membrane had been used). However, the topsoil that I purchased with the soil provided an excellent base, and the free fertiliser that came with the turf must have also helped. I am absolutely delighted with the results! I also found the email guidance from the company excellent and incredibly helpful in making sure that I cared for the new turf in the first crucial week. It has now been down for 2 weeks, and I am enjoying my beautiful new garden immensely!"
