"the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, he couldn't get the lorry right outside the house, so he parked up 100mtrs away. and used an electric hand pallet mover and brought the turf right to my doorstep. as for the turf, it arrived in healthy condition, ordered just 40 rolls of rye gold and had a few rolls left, and laid it swiftly and easily. it's been down 5 days now, and apart from a small repair using a small piece of spare turf due to my disobedient dog who thinks the new lawn is some sort of challenge for her digging skills, it is growing nicely and evenly. I would definitely recommend using this company for ordering turf. from it's ease of online ordering, to its choice of courier, to the actual quality of the turf, not forgetting the very good value for money."

Turf delivered by 11am on a pallet, turf in great condition and came with free fertilizer. Delivery driver was excellent and brought turf almost to door on a small pallet truck as wagon could not get down narrow street. "Last time we ordered turf from you, we were lead by price. Unfortunately we didn't order enough, and at short notice topped up with a few rolls from a big garden centre near us. Their turf was twice the price and nowhere near as nice - not only yellower in colour, but far less lush. So, having moved house, it made sense to use you again. I did do a price comparison, and again you were much cheaper than another site I looked at. I knew the quality would be good, and wasn't disappointed, and your emails with watering instructions etc have been useful. My only criticism is that I paid £10 for morning delivery and the turf arrived at 12.03pm. But the lawn is looking great."

The quality of the stadium turf is excellent even in February a rich green with no patches of weed/moss or any yellow grass. It looks lovely and apart from a couple of broken edges on the turf rolls which I expect is normal when you order turf in July after 2 weeks of sun and very little rain, the turfs were lovely and green with no weeds that I could see. What I am really impressed by is the aftercare emails advising me on watering and mowing. This is the first lawn I have ever layed and with their online videos and aftercare advice I feel that Online Turf have been there to help me at every step which is a level of service that is rare these days but very much appreciated, thank you. "I have never laid turf before and although I only had a small area, I wanted instant impact and to avoid those sad, dry old turf rolls that sit outside of the DIY shops. I looked at many online turf suppliers and am so pleased I chose Online Turf. I used the online guides for how to prepare the area and then started to unroll the turf. It was nice and green and thick (and bloody heavy!). A couple of the edges were a bit raggedy but the vast majority were beautifully cut. The turf has been down for nearly a week and I can already see where it is starting to knit together. There are a couple of patches that I will have to seed (my fault entirely) but the follow-up emails mean that I have much more confidence for looking after my lawn. It initially felt like I was paying a lot for delivery, but after seeing the price of turf in my local garden centre (and the poor quality), I think the price is actually very fair. I just wish I had more space to lay turf now because it looks so good!"

"Excellent Turf, I brought 60 stadium turfs and 1 bag top soil for lawn. Only 3 rolls out of the 60 were slightly damaged ( torn). Could still use them to do the uneven edges. I should have brought 2 bags of Top soil. I had to buy extra 21 bags of topsoil ( 35ltr per bag) from home base. The grass is dark green and quickly takes root. They look great in 2 days of watering. "Turf was deliverd on time by a really nice guy with a groovy forklift on the back of his wagon who places the turf and topsoil just where we needed it. They had included a few extra rolls for good measure and some fertilser pellets - the lawn was laid by the end of the day and our muddy mess of a garden transformed into Wimbledon centrecourt in hours. Their guide "how to lay turf" video was simple and easy to follow (I'd read a lot of frightening "How To " guides that went into crazy detail and just put you off bothering). The follow up emails we're reassuring and we've just given the lawn it's first mow. We have a wonderful new lawn for £220 - that looks as good as our neighbours who paid over a thousand for a company to do professionally. We're going on holiday with the change!"

"Great product. Delivered when scheduled and moved to a convenient spot on the drive. Laid that day and no weeds, dry patches or yellow grass. There were a few rolls that had holes or were torn in the middle but these were used for filling in. Very impressed with the follow up emails confirming delivery was ok and reminding me to water the lawn and advice on after care eg don't walk on it until the first mow (which I will be reminded about via a further email) . So far some of the best customer service I've experienced in quite a while. "Ordered 60m2 of Stadium Turf on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. It was unloaded and in my property by 0730, which gave me plenty of time to lay it that day - absolutely brilliant! The turf was very healthy indeed with no evidence of any weeds at all and after five days it appears to be growing well. The advice and guidance from the web site certainly helped in the preparation of my garden and the actual laying of the turf. My only criticism is that about half a dozen turfs each had a ragged end where it appeared that they hadn't been cut properly and led to part of those turfs been wasted."
