"when my grass was delivered in the morning [ even though i specified pm delivery ] i was extremely pleased with it, i had ordered stadium grass and it was excellent quality, it was very easy to lay and looked fabulous when we had finished it. its nearly 2 wk since it was laid and its just ready for its first cut, its grown really thick and really green ,can hardley see where the sections have been laid. "I have to give you positive feedback. Grass was delivered in excellent condition and the quality was way above my expectations. I just pleased that I did not buy from a local supplier as their turf is nowhere near as good as the turf I received. I had to speak to the the sales team to change my delivery date, who where extremely helpful. The turf was laid and looks absolutely "LUSH", the after care email was also very helpful. There was fertiliser was hidden in the turf pilw which we didnt know about so had already laid some of the lawn before discovering it which was a shame. "Hi everybody The turf arrived at a very appropriate moment and when it was requested, about half of the turfs were ragged. I layed the turf and watered and rolled it. the grass after 4 days is verdant has grown up to 3" and is looking good. I have just rolled it again as some bits seemed to be lifting a bit. "Turf was in great condition , arrived on time . My garden looks great . The only down side was that the fertiliser was hidden in the middle of the pallet for the rolls of turf . We found one of them before we started laying the turf but not the other so part of the garden didnt get as much fertiliser as it should . Top soil was good , bag it came in was nice and strong"

"Very pleased with the ordering process. Viewed on line and ordered by phone on the Thursday afternoon and turf arrived before 8.30 am on the Saturday. Delivery Man bought turf on pallet down the drive and it was well packaged-very impressed! The soil underneath was not as thick as I had assumed and a couple of the rolls were uneven but it went down with fertiliser and thanks to the weather has had a lot of water. Always doubtful when ordering 'unseen' but pleased so far."

One issue I had was that on a couple of the rolls of turf they had been cut quite thin and so was not a lot of root structure which meant they fell to pieces in my hand and could not be laid. Luckily I had little waste and ordered a couple of rolls too much so managed in the end. The lawn looks great now down and I am more than happy. "Grass arrived on time and as per delivery instructions. Quality of the grass was excellent, lush, green and no sign of weeds or yellowing. One roll was quite bady torn (possibly by forklift) and was difficult to to roll out. Fortunately I used it to patch the remaining area and hopefully it will knit in with the rest of the grass.
