"So quick on delivery. Quality is great. I didn't order quite enough so got some from B&Q for last bits. 3 days on the online stuff is lovely and green. The B&Q stuff has brown dead patches im fuming. Trying to find receipt to complain. Also onlineturf sits higher as the B&Q rolls are alot thinner. Should have over estimated 🙄 anyway def recommended"

"The whole process was very efficient,from ordering,to informative emails and when I spoke to someone to discuss possible difficulties about delivery (to a London flat) they were very helpful.The delivery came exactly as planned and the driver was particularly helpful in negotiating narrow access to be as close a possible to the back gate. Was of a good quality but the only disappointment was that several of the sods were slightly yellow,rather than green when unpacked.This was done within 4 hours of delivery so am not sure why this deterioration had occurred. However,we remind our son daily to keep watering,so we hope that any temporary damage is being rectified . Thank you for a very good service which we would recommend to others."

Love the idea company will send an email to tell me when to cut. Brilliant. Will buy from this supplier again when needed. The seperate delivery company does not use motorized pallet mover, so delivery man had to leave very near pavement, to be fair, company does say, curb side only, but for the health of the staff would have expected either 2 or mechanical help for him."

"It was so easy to choose the type of grass we wanted.Ordering and paying was so easy to do and was delivered on the day we wanted.. You are kept informed when the grass is delivered to the hub and when it’s loaded on the lorry.. It is good that you can pick a morning or afternoon slot for it to be delivered for an extra £10 but the down side is you don’t get a time slot and we was doing a rented house that had tenants so I had to sit in the car until it arrived.. It arrived a few minutes after 1pm so I wish I hadn’t paid the extra £10.. Pity they can’t ring you when they set off from the last job and let you know roughly when they will be with you .. just a thought..,Apart from that the grass was of good quality and I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to other people ."

"Easy to order, Delivery on the agreed date and it looks great, The job is easy in terms of knowledge, physically hard work to lay as the rolls are nice and heavy, some rolls where cut a little thicker than others and a couple of rolls where cut so thing the roots where all exposed and the roll bend in the middle. Having said that I ordered 26, received 27 of witch 24 where PERFECT ! so I had plenty spare. I recommend ordering a couple of spare rolls just in case Final review, I am no expert, but I think it is a great product, it transformed our garden, now only time will tell will it take and endure our kids ???"

"I've ordered a few times in the past and have always received excellence. I keep changing the look of my back garden and decided to take away a large portion of beds as my little Westie dog kept running through it and causing the little trees and plants to not look their best. I decided to extend the lawn instead and as I already had the gold I thought I would order the same but I was worried that it wouldn't match as my previous lawn was a couple of years old already. Once I fitted the new lawn and took a step back to have a look, it was as if it was one lawn and had always been there, I fitted 20m2 which had a large curve and you would never now it was new compared to the older lawn. It was so easy to order on line and it was delivered as requested and was wrapped well and in great condition for this time of year. It was fitted within a couple of hours.
