"Ordered the lawn to tidy up a long neglected area of grass. The trouble is it is a case of 'Buyer Beware', after laying it looked so good it put the rest to shame. So on instruction for the wife an old slab paveway was re-routed and more grass ordered and laid, she is well impressed with the results. "Happer wife, happy life". We would certainly recommend 'OnLineTurf'. Not to forget delivery... prompt, cheerful and helpful."

"Very good information of product on website to assist in choosing right grass. Online chat equally helpful in reassuring you when youve decided on the right one. Prices cheaper then nearest competitor -believe me i did my reasearch. Delivery on time and helpful with unloading and placing it somewhere close to garden. grass not laid until over 18 hours later (I wouldn't recommend however had no choice for other reasons) however when unrolled was still a healthy albeit light green and have no doubt that if laid within a few hours would have kept its lush green colour. Nevertheless it went down a breeze have been watering daily everyday and am seeing it develop and flourish into a great lawn. Compliments from neighbours already after a week. Excited to see it develop. Finally after care emails provide extra bit of comfort in making sure I care for it correctly. Highly highly recommend this 5 star product."

"grass and top soil were deleivered when said. Both extremely good quality. Driver was very friendly and professional. Laid the same day, and has been watered every day (no rain) and is still looking green and lush. The only reason I've marked it as 4 stars is it would have been far better if the lorry had been a HIAB crane unit and could have lifted my delivery into the back garden over the fence (rear access to property). Driver even agreed when I mentioned it. Apart from that, would definately recommend company and products."

"I've moved a fair bit and laid a number of new lawns and can genuinely say this is the best budget lawn I've laid - really thick lush green. I ordered over 380 square meters which was on 2 pallets. The driver couldn't get one pallet off as the pallet had effectively snapped due to the weigh. We had to man handle the entire pallet off the van but the driver was so helpful and we pushed it up the drive nearer to the rear garden. Its been down about 5 days and is so green. I would definitely recommend this website."

"I just have to say what an excellent service and product i have received. I laid the grass the next day after delivery and its brilliant no dry patches , went down a treat and has now rooted very well after only 5 days. Its looking lush and green and is now growing very well, so im impressed with both the quality of the Rye Gold and the Service. Also the delivery driver was a diamond and pushed the pallets up the drive so i didnt have too far to take the turves in the wheelbarrow. Excellent."

"The product was is good condition. Only two rolls had holes in. The grass was a little dry, but it was a hot day on the day of delivery. The delivery company left the pallet with my which was a little frustrating as I have no easy way of disposing of it."

"The 'Rye Gold' is absolutely fantastic. It arrived in perfect condition. Two days after laying it, the grass stood up properly. It's been down now for 5 days and it's already quite hard to see the lines where we placed the pieces together. I can't find a fault here. The grass was lush and green, it's obviously well looked after. Delivery was a dream, the driver even wheeled it down our drive to our back gate to save us carrying it from the roadside. Thank you for a great product, I doubt I'll ever need more, but if I do I'll 100% be back ordering with you!"

"Paid extra for morning delivery. Arrived around 10:00, perfect. Friendly, helpful driver. All (35 Sq/m) laid by 13:00. Unfortunately 3 of the turves at the bottom were quite badly torn. 1 was in half. Probably due to careless loading on to the pallet. Never the less excellent lawn which looked like real mature grass and not stuff sown for grass harvesting. Definitely the best I have ever received and significantly better than garden centre stuff which is nearly twice the price. One week in and it has already started to blend in. Thick sward will be lovely to walk on. Excellent product Thank you"

"Easy to order. Due to a mix up I received a bulk bag of soil instead of rye gold as ordered. I called customer service who answered very promptly and explained the error. They apologized and arranged delivery for the following day. the grass arrived as arranged but was very dry and slightly yellowish. It was well watered and layed the same day as delivery and is now doing well. I would order again as mistakes do happen and error was dealt with very well."
