The turf is of great quality, weed free and great soil content, can't fault this product and have since received a follow up email advising that they will remind me when the first cut is required. "Great, lovely and green. Even though it says doesn't guarantee weed free I didn't find a single weed. Delivery driver was great and brought the pallet round the back where I wanted it. Delivery was quick too. Ordered on the Sunday came on the Tuesday. Very pleased and so much cheaper than wickes, B&Q and homebase on the date or order. Would use again if needed. Fantastic."

"i had my reservations as i had never heard of them but spot on service from start to finish, no hassle..... the grass was only the budget version but lovely deep green colour that blends with the rest of the garden, we had bought some from b&q at the weekend and it was of poor colour and a thin base... will be using them again, the delivery driver was more than helpful and run the pallet inside the garden..... excellent....."

"The grass, delivered April 5th, looks good and has taken very well. We are very pleased with it. There was a hiccup with the delivery in that the delivery lorry had been loaded wrongly. When it arrived the driver found he couldn't unload my order until he had unloaded another. Luckily this was fairly close and he was able to return and still be just in the delivery window promised. The driver was extremely helpful and unloaded it exactly where we asked."

"Brilliant, 2nd to none Customer Service. Ordered at about 4.00pm and arrived 10.30 am the next day, which got me working early so finished within 24 hours of ordering. I am nearly as far south as you can go from where the turf came from. Laying was easy, packed on a pallet and the driver got as near as he could to where I was laying it. Cannot fault this experience and 25% cheaper than anywhere else."

"After being really let down by Fylde coastturf and top soil (I ordered turf on Friday and was told they could do it Wednesday.I spoke to them on Tuesday to find out what time and was told he would call me back in 20 mins.I have phone and texted numerous times and not heard from them since. "This was my first turf laying experience and I admit to being naive in getting the correct qty ordered first time and assuming that I wouldn't need any extra.. How wrong I was.. Having put the decimal in the right place - and a having a second order placed already, a quick panic call to increase the qty was met with helpful friendly service and speedy next day delivery. I don't know if they were panicking as much as me but they didn't show it. ..and despite my mistakes and errors it all turned out great (-it's much easier than tiling, but a bit heavier) Good quality grass, only one roll had a "loose bit" on one end (which was used in a tight spot anyway), it was all a lovely colour, no patches or yellowing - you could see that it was fresh - even the binding soil was pliable (moist). Very happy - can i send a picture?, no? - fair enough.."
