"This is one of the best online purchases I have made. I checked the reviews beforehand and was happy to go ahead with my purchase. I was not to be disappointed. The turf is excellent quality and looks like a comfy carpet in my garden. I was notified when my order was out for delivery. I didn't request a delivery slot but the turf was delivered at 12.30 so there was plenty of time to lay it the same day. I had one query after placing my order and this was answered quickly with excellent advice. I have received an email to let me know that I will be advised when it will be ok to give the grass it's first cut which is also helpful. I have followed the guidance information on the website for laying and caring for my new turf and everything is looking good so far. Highly recommend this company."

"Arrived on the day I chose. Friendly guy put the pallet where I wanted it. The ground was previously prepared so it was just a matter of laying. Turf was moist and green and layed well. As it is a hot summer I have watered it morning and evening and can see signs of it growing well after a week. The cost including delivery were much cheaper than local quotes ,who put a huge delivery price on top. I highly recommend Online Turf."

Prior to this customer service was very helpful in choosing which to use was easy with the person on the phone (really sorry I forgot her name) and it arrived and dropped off on my drive. Early delivery on the Saturday we were planning on a final rotavate and rake before laying the turf later in the day when it was cooler. 10 days on and the turf has rooted, we cant pull the turf up at all, most of the lines have disappeared and it is now growing and looking very healthy. We had some left over too so no skimping on the delivery either."

"Did quite a bit of searching before I decided on this turf. Glad I did! This product was excellent well cut and easy to manage. Some widths were different, but this just made in more fun to lay, tring to get the rolls down. Been down for anumber of days now. Roots are beddind into the soil below already and the grass looks lush, I got the turf and laid it for my neighbour. Now I'm jealous!! They love it."
