"Arrived at 8am on the day arranged, the driver was so helpful, he put the pallet exactly we’re I wanted it. The grass was superb quality, cut really even in the soil side making it really easy to lay. I’ve had it down 5 days now and it’s Loveland green and looks like it’s coming along lovely. Also had an Email from online turf telling me to water it regularly and that they will as when it should be time for it’s first cut. How’s that for service. Only two down points: 1. delivered to wrong house, ours is 13 and delivered outside 3 and 2. not all rolls were of equal quality, 8 were quite scraggly with brown spots and short grass and two were lush thick and green (which if they were all like it would be 5 stars despite previous point). Grass grows fine once it's down, so not overly bothered as it will recover and fill out."

Customer Service was impeccable, easy to use system and everything turned up as discussed and agreed (Topsoil on a Thursday & Turf on a Saturday). Brand new to laying turf and working with Online Turf made the process so much simpler. Great advise not to mention the aftercare (Was not sure how my turf was doing, spoke to Kerry who asked me to email pictures and responded the same day). without a doubt one of the best online and on phone experiences I have had in a while, Highly recommend.
