"I ordered 52 sqm and I was able to arrange a quick delivery. The day before delivery was due, I added an extra 8 sqm to the order. The customer service allowing me to do this at such short notice was very good. I’m generally not someone that reviews good or bad but in this case I wanted to add my comments. I ordered the grass for an AM slot, unfortunately it didn’t arrive before 1pm as agreed. I spoke to customer services twice that day but the turf didn’t arrive. Most reviews are when things either go great or terribly, in my case online turf seemed great but an issue with delivery company led to the delay, hence a mixed experience for me. The grass arrived mid morning the following day and was still of a very high quality. I received an email explaining what happened, with an apology. In this email I was also assured that any issues with the product they would assist me. In a nutshell, easy for companies to get good reviews when they do as expected, harder to get good reviews when things don’t go as planned. In my case they dealt with my issues promptly, professionally and had a plan if things didn’t work out with regards quality of the product. I would highly recommend this company."

"Wow what lovely green and full looking grass top quality my only complaint is that on delivery of lawn the whole pallet of turf was very dry so I had to give a good soaking before laying but all in all a fantastic company to buy from use online Turf you will not be disappointed"

Best thing about it is the thickness of, you get a good 1-2 inches of premium compost sitting underneath the strip of turf. Would recommend to anyone!"

"As a gardener I saw a newly laid lawn next door to one of my customers and it looked really nice, I was due to to lay 14m2 so I asked the neighbour where he had got it from, online turf was his response and it was the stadium turf, I found it easy to order online and arrange delivery, when it arrived I new straight the way that it was decent quality no stones or tears in the lawn, after I had layed it, it already looked nice, I've left instructions for the customer regarding watering the grass and to be honest I'm looking forward to going back in a week times to see how it has took, so it's a big 👍up to online turf.... "I have just completed my first cut and I am absolutely thrilled with my new lawn. The quality it excellent, lovely thick green grass and the service fantastic. The grass was in excellent condition when it arrived and arrived on the day specified in the morning. We laid the lawn pretty much as soon as it arrived and have watered it every day since. We’ve had a couple of incidents where our dog has got on the lawn and torn up a part 😫 but it patched back in well and has rooted fine. Just goes to show how the quality and hardiness of the grass. I’m so pleased with my new lawn, thank you!"

Everything was was just spot on delivered on my specific day early morning had 2 ripped lengths but hopefully they have taken and nit back together. laid the grass it was lovely and green so easy to lay. Been watering it on the evening around 7 clock. We have had a lot of hot weather and the grass has been stressed through the day I was worried its not of to take as it was burning in places. Had couple nights of rain and its now very green and growing really well. I googled "when to cut new turf" and that very same day online turf emailed me basically saying "we shall let you know when you should make your first cut" . "Great service, lockdown or otherwise! Spoke to a very helpful and friendly salesperson and the order was placed in minutes. arrived exactly when it was expected and was very good quality. Was laid as soon as it arrived and with daily watering was well rooted in 2 weeks. Was already getting quite long so first light trim with the mower was at 2 weeks, so earlier than typical but it was definitely ready for it. Lawn looks lush and already well established at 2 weeks after laying. I don’t normally like automated emails but this company’s reminder emails on post-laying lawn care timed to arrive at specific intervals post delivery are a great idea. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Good product, good service and reasonable price."

"This is why online is taking over! Rather than going to B and Q and manually loading and lugging the grass all the way back here in the car, I googled and this was the first site that came up. Such a productive Google search it was 😂! The site is ace !! Detailed but easy enough to find exactly what type of turf you need and the amount ! Fast and clean delivery with all the rolls nicely packed and wrapped on a pallet! Finally the product itself (Rye gold turf) is of a superior quality!! Really took well, fast and is rich in colour!! I also received a courtesy email to tell me when the new turf should be ready for mowing and how to maintain it going forward! Such a great way of providing aftercare even though trading through online!! Your service and turf was so good that it has highlighted the bad quality of our existing lawn.
