"Always a little sceptical with buying stuff like this that can easily be dead on arrival online but decided to take a punt. Communication on my order date was good, arrived around 9am which was fantastic and on the day advised when I originally placed the order. Turf arrived on a shrinkwrapped pallet dropped in the location we requested on our driveway, id begun laying the turf within 2 hours of delivery. One or two rolls had small rips in but nothing major, all the grass seemed in good condition. A week on, the lawn is growing rapidly and is looking fantastic. I followed the guides and infographics on the website which were really helpful as I had no clue other than "roll it out". You get reminders to do things at certain points after your order is delivered by email which wasn't needed but I thought was a nice touch. Very happy with everything."

"Arrived on time. Good looking turf. Easy to lay abd easy to cut (as long as your knife is sharpened!). All laid same day. We had a bit of shrinkage in a couple of areas. But that was due to very dry weather and us not having watered those specific areas enough despite our twice daily efforts. The areas were where we had put extra drainage below the garden to relieve water logging, and clearly our endeavours have done the job better than expected 😁. I have filled shrinkage gaps with a mix of top soil, grass seed and fertiliser, then borrowed a sprinkler to water in for a few days. Might leave another week before walking on and mowing to allow any weed to sprout and anchor. Overall am very, very pleased with my new lush green and hopefully non-waterlogged lawn I've always wanted."

"Could have been an awkward delivery, but driver managed to get turf right outside garden gate, much to my relief. Turf laid that day & seems very good quality in spite of dry weather. I like the reminder emails as well. Very good service."

"As with most 'self inflicted' landscaping projects, the timing between when we had the substrate completed and were ready to lay the turf slipped. However, with a bit of prudent moisturizing the pallet while everything was prepared, the result is spectacular. Great turf, well sectioned, able to be handled, and finally not only survived but is now flourishing. I would highly recommend to anyone contemplating DIY"

"I've order Rye Gold Turf to lay over my ~35 sq.m. lawn. The processing of the order was quick and the delivery very good. The drive managed to prop the pallet onto the side of my driveway despite a small incline on my sidewalk, which was very nice. The turf looked very nice and we are absolutely super happy with it so far, about 3 weeks after I have laid it. It's growing nicely and looks better every day. The customer service was very good. They sent an automated email advising that they would email back when it should be about time for the first mowing. I found this was a great touch. I've also contacted them as I had the tiny odd bits that were a bit more sparse with grass and they provide me with a super detailed answer in no time -- basically this will just go away and I don't need to worry. They provided further helpful information as well, and the website has lots to offer. Definitely a success for me!r"

"This turf was for my son’s garden. The only negative feedback he could give was that the delivery was quite late in the afternoon and not being able to track the order meant they stayed in all day, ready and poised to lay it. However, it does look amazing and I am very impressed by the amount of information this company gives on how to prepare the garden and care for the turf . Especially the email to remind us when to check whether it is ready for its first cut. Very pleased indeed and would certainly recommend this company"

"Very impressive and well organised. I chose my delivery date and was provided with a time slot a couple of days before delivery. I was emailed information regarding its journey on the day. The driver was very helpful and we were able to lay most of the turf that day at our allotment site. The company provided helpful information which was useful for a me as a novice at turf laying. The turf itself was obviously fresh and in very good condition. We now have some great new paths."

"The turf arrived as stated and was really good quality considering I purchased the budget range. I didn't get an automated email post order with confirmation and invoice and as such had to email myself to chase this up, but I did then get a swift response of confirmation and a copy of the invoice.
