"Wow, how great is it to receive such helpful service. From initially placing the order to communications with the staff. From arranging a suitable day for delivery to the delivery day. So very easy and uncomplicated. The driver was really helpful too offering to put the pallet of grass where we wanted it. We layed the turf following the instructions given on the website and placed a bamboo and net frame around it to keep the dog off the area. We are now watering and watching our grass grow. For complete novices the help on the website and email responses really made a difference. Thank you."

"Excellent delivery and quality, It didn’t rip when it was laid as it had quite a good thickness. Some turf falls apart as when they harvest they want to leave some roots left in the ground so that they don’t need to reseed but not this one also the delivery came the very next day. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you"

There was a slight blip when the delivery driver had problems with his vehicle, but soon rectified and I received the turf, which was in super condition, in time for me to lay it. "Well established turf even though I thought my base soil wasnt prepared with top soil I just put it down on existing soil watering constantly every day it looks lush I've only bought had around 17 rolls and it all arrived safely my garden is no bowling green but the turf has adapted to his new and I do think permanent home"

"Easy to order and a very good price. The turf arrived on time, the delivery man was friendly and delivered it as close as he could to the top of my drive to minimise the transfer to my back garden. It's heavy stuff with a good amount of soil was on each roll 34m2 was around 850Kg. The stadium truf is thick robust and a lovely green. Onlineturf follow up with tips and even advice when to mow.
