"After losing most of my lawn to my savage chicken hooligans and planning a garden event I ordered from online turf. Excellent service, I ordered on Thursday lunchtime and it was delivered by 8:30am Friday. Decent price and super quality. Laid on Friday night all ready for the weekend ( not walked on...we have a large patio area) but finally tidy and really does look fantastic. Slight downside for others maybe but was fine for me....I had booked an afternoon slot and it was delivered first thing, but that did work in my favour in the end. Definitely recommend"

Dropped a star for the delivery - requested morning delivery between 8am and 1pm but arrived mid afternoon without indication that it had been dispatched. Delivery driver was however very friendly and chatty and kindly took the turf onto our driveway. Good experience over all."

"Great Product, cannot complain. Turf down and looks the part and appears to have taken fine. Delivery was made on the correct day, however driver nearly left our pallet on a public pathway instead of on our drive. Took some persuading to have delivery made on our property as he was more in a rush having packed up and wanting to leave but we made him deliver it correctly and move it all of 5 yards off the public path. Not online turfs fault, more a courier issue. Product fantastic and very much recommend using them. Easy purchase, quick payment, prompt delivery on day requested. Thank you."

The delivery tracking system is a little off, with no dispatch notification on the day, and a delivery confirmation coming through 3 days after the turf had been laid, but if you trust the process, all is good! The delivery was on time the guy who drove the pick up from the wagon was really helpful and very informative. I bought the budget turf, 20 sqm, little bit more than I needed just in case and a big bag of turfing topsoil. Thought the purchase/delivery process was kept informed. Delivery driver was very accommodating. The grass quality was very good, we were not able to lay it the day it was delivered but even still the next day when it was all layed out, we were lucky to have some rain that evening which helped as did the next two days of sporadic torrential rain. Its been laid for 4 days and is really looking luscious and green. Can still see some of the seems, but in general it just looks fantastic. The soil we used to bring the lawn up a bit and also to provide a nice nutritious base for the new turd to take too. Still waiting for another several days before considering giving it a cut/walking on it. I wish I could post pictures because my words do not do the product justice. So overall, extremely satisfied with what we bought and the whole experience. I would highly recommend you make your purchase through online turf, I'm sure you won't regret it."
