"I ordered turf at 11h45 on Fri 8/4, to be delivered on Sat 9/4 for the morning, never expecting it to arrive really. It arrived at 8h45 on 9/ 4, I received an email after ordering and paying, and then a phone call, asking what time I would like delivery. I also received another 2 emails to say the turf was on way. The driver could not get the vehicle down the road I live in as its a one way and narrow due to cars parked on both sides of road. He had to wheel the pallet about 100metres up the road, on a sack truck, he went out of his way to deliver. I felt the whole process was professional from ordering to delivery, and completed in 21 hrs. I would recommend them 100%"

"From ordering to delivery was within 24 hours! Pallet delivery was advised by text & email and was on time. Driver was able to truck the pallet down my drive and into my garage. Turf rolls were tight and of uniform width. Seemed to be bedded on cinder and pottery waste, just like the soil here in the Potteries. Seems to be making itself at home with white micro roots burrowing down. I was not able to realise the cost savings of going for a full pallet as I only needed 22m2."

"All round amazing and I’ve already started to get other people interested in ordering. I order 46 m2 of Rye Gold. It was delivered pretty much next day and I was informed of its location every step of the way. The driver called before hand and then accommodating to our request to deliver to the back of the property. The quality is amazing and unbelievable for the price. I was that impressed with the turf I actually moved things around in the garden so I could get another 12 m2. Superb added touch of having an email a few days later saying that I will be prompted when to mow. Fast, well priced, quality, easy and great communication."
