As I stayed in a new residential area which is not on Google map yet, and twice missed delivery from Amazon, I gave directions to my place in email and and when call to the customer service about directions to my place, was assured that instructions will be given to the driver. Ordered on Sat and delivery Tue anytime as I was not in a hurry to lay turf. Tue morning at 9.30 am delivery man called up n delivered tight up to my garden . Friendly, and he also said he is familiar with the area even though this is a new housing area as he delivered to several household before. Took me and a friend with no experience to lay the turf. Very nice , neat and very pleased. Will recommend to anyone who wants to buy the turf."

"Really pleased with my new lawn! Ordered Tufing Topsoil and Rye Gold Turf from here - I was nervous as never ordered gardening products online but the reviews were so good I went for it. Topsoil quality was really good, a couple of stones but easy to pick out as I spread. Turf was top notch - really moist and easy to handle and roll out. Even the fencing guy who came the next day wanted to know where I had got it from as was the best quality he had seen newly laid. Only small negative I didn't receive any emails or texts about delivery so on the day I had to ring up to double check, however, the lady I spoke to was lovely and had no issue checking for me. Delivery arrived on the day I requested by a very helpful driver. Overall very happy customer!"

"My retired parents had just acquired some land to the rear of their property. They were keen to make it a 'secret garden' and thus wished to plant out and lay to grass. It was up to myself to acquire the turf needed on their behalf. No pressure!!!. I was hoping to use a high street retailer so if there were problems, I had some recourse. However, price, online reviews and quality were somewhat questionable. I then came across Online Turf when searching the internet. I was extremely dubious about buying online as there seemed to be less options in the event of a problem. I read reviews and took the plunge in hope that a middle aged man and father of three, was not about to receive a 'telling off' from his parents. Long story short, I need not of worried. Everything was exceptional. The price, customer service, delivery and ultimately quality of turf was superior to anything else. The ordering process is easy and with great guides to laying. I paid for morning delivery and it was delivered by 12pm straight to the door. Even received £10 off using bluelight NHS card. Ultimately, parents are thrilled and over the moon with the results and I'm for once in their good books!!!!! Don't bother looking anywhere else.
