"So pleased I found this company - they really are the best. Ordering was easy and the friendly delivery guy dropped the pallet on my drive. The lawn is at the back one floor up from the front with access through the house, so the turf was individually bagged to take through. A couple of hours later following Online Turf's guidelines and we have a perfect lawn. I'm chuffed to bits!"

"I decided to use Stadium turf and ordered online. The turf was delivered on two pallets by an excellent courier company driver. The turf was well cut, rolled and palletised. I laid the lawn and the grass was amazing straight away. The new grass was very healthy and green and now two weeks later has rooted well and has just had its first cut. Online turf are a fantastic place to buy from, the website is very informative and the after sales service is something that you don’t see very often with other companies. "Didn’t really know what to expect as I’d never prepared for or laid turf before. Advice on this website was very useful and the ordering service and delivery was easy, quick, no-fuss and pretty much perfect. I ordered the Rye Gold turf and, a week later, I have an amazing lawn. It looks great, is growing well and rooting into the soil underneath. I feel very proud of it! Also loving the follow-up advice emails that tell you when the right time is for the first mow. Only slight negative is the supplementary charge for a Saturday delivery. But I couldn’t fault the delivery itself. Driver was helpful, courteous and arrived nice and early in the time slot so I could crack on with the laying and wasn’t waiting in all day. Overall, extremely happy with all elements and have recommended to a friend, who has since ordered Rye Gold from Online Turf."

"I was really impressed with the turf and have left a positive review for that delivery, but I'm even more impressed with the turf. Judging a company by how they deal with things that haven't gone totally smoothly, (in my mind) is a far better test than when there hasn't been any issue. The turft was delivered, on time, but on putting it down I could see that quite a few rolls were very brown in colour. I thought they might just need a good watering and carried on laying the lawn. Unfortunately the really brown rolls didn't improve and I contacted Online Turf and showed them a picture. Without any question they offered to send replacements to me on a timed AM delivery. It looks like the turf had over-heated (not that surprising given the heat over the past few days). Anyway, it arrrived safely today, all in really good shape and it went down in the garden without a couple of hours. Excellent quality, excellent delivery and superb customer service. I will be using them for my next big project - which is just around the corner. Thanks again"
